Why A Blog?

I created this Blog site because not only do I want to offer you quality products to protect yourself and your families, but I also wanted to offer all who care to join in a place to talk about their life experiences like the two women below. I want everyone to talk about the products they have used to help them defend themselves and advice for everyone to use to keep themselves and their loved one's safe and out of harms way. The idea of this site is to have all of us working as one to fight back against sexual predators and attackers and to keep our families safe. Thanks for joining our blog!

Pepper Spray

Kim loved spending time with the kids at the community center.
She remembered how important her mentors were to her when she was
growing up, and she enjoyed the chance to give something back.

The only thing she didn't enjoy about her volunteer work was
trying to find a safe parking place in the neighborhood. Some
nights, she really understood why so many of these kids were at
risk.

At the same time, she wanted to project an air of confidence and
security - she couldn't let any of her kids see how nervous she
was. That's when she discovered the Pepper Pager.

The Pepper Pager looks like a standard pager - the kind that many
business people clip to their belts. Instead of delivering
important messages, the Pepper Pager protects its owners from
dangerous attackers by concealing up to twelve bursts of
debilitating pepper spray.

One night, while heading back to her car after a late session, a
haggard man accosted Kim on the street, demanding money. She
tried to walk past him, but he kept blocking her path.

"What's your hurry?" he asked.

Another man strolled out from an alleyway behind Kim.

"Hey, Jake," he called out, "this girl's in a hurry!"

Kim pleaded, "Just let me pass, guys."

Jake mocked her, crying, "Just let me pass," in a singsong voice.

Jake's friend reached out to grab her. That's when she grabbed
the Pepper Pager from her belt and sprayed the attacker right in
the eyes.

As he screamed in pain, Kim spun around to see Jake lunging at
her. She blasted a second shot of pepper spray at him, which sent
him tumbling through the ground.

Kim ran up the street, hopped in her car, locked the doors and
dialed 9-1-1. Within minutes, two less criminals haunted that
neighborhood.

Camera's Can Save You Time and Money

Cathy always loved the idea of owning her own bed and breakfast
by the shore. After her husband passed away, she found a note he
left for her, encouraging her to follow her dream even though he
couldn't share it with her. He had taken out extra life insurance
just to surprise her with one final gift, and she invested it in
a beautiful Victorian mansion overlooking the beach.

She didn't count on her town's archaic rules to make life so
difficult in that first year. Even though she enjoyed a pretty
strong business during the summer, her town council demanded that
she provide security for the part of the beach adjacent to her
property. At first, she hired some guards to roam the premises,
but it was hard for them to do their job with the town's light
ordinance in place -- no lights on the beach after 11p.m. And she
certainly couldn't afford to keep two people on staff year round.

Wayne, a sympathetic alderman, dropped by for tea one afternoon
and shared a little secret. Cathy didn't have to actually patrol
the grounds the entire time. He showed her the camera he used at
the campground he owned -

a discreet little device that mounted unobtrusively on the side
of a building. Wayne suggested she use the built-in infrared LEDs
to flood the beach with light just for the camera. With a range of
150 feet, it could scan all the way down to the end of the pier,
allowing one guard to watch all the beach activity from the comfort
of the building's pool house.

Wayne's suggestion worked wonders. Cathy could cut back on her
overtime payments, and her security team enjoyed a little more
sleep. Even when the tropical storms hit at the end of the summer,
the camera worked just fine -- a waterproof housing kept the
electronics safe and dry.

Before the start of the next summer, she wired the camera's feed
into her in-room television system, so guests in rooms that
didn't overlook the beach could enjoy a nice view, day or night.

She always chuckled at the idea that someone might drive all the
way to the beach only to watch the ocean on television.
